ヴィーガン&グルテンフリー クレープとアイスクリーム















ヴィーガン ミックスベリーのアイスクリーム

材料 (作りやすい分量)

* スライスして冷凍したバナナ 120g

* 冷凍ミックスベリー 200g

* 豆乳 100cc

* メープルシロップ 大1

* 塩 ひとつまみ

1. 材料をフードプロセッサーに入れ、滑らかになるまで撹拌する。

2. タッパーに入れて、再度少し固くなるまで冷凍庫で冷やす。

ヴィーガン&グルテンフリー クレープ

材料 (20cm直径8枚分)

* グルテンフリーパンケーキミックス 100g


* 豆乳 200cc

* レモン汁 小2

* メープルシロップ 大2

* 植物油 大1

* バニラエキストラクト 小1/2

“V&GF パンケーキミックス”

* 米粉 120g

* オーツ粉 90g

* 片栗粉 90g

* ベーキングパウダー 大1

* 塩 小1/4


1. WETの材料をボールに合わせ、よく混ぜる。

2. “V&GF パンケーキミックス” を加えてよく混ぜる。

3. ノンスティックのフライパンをしっかり熱して油を少量しく。

4. 液を約50cc程度入れて両面キツネ色になるまで焼く。(両面1,2分程度しかかからない)


This vegan ice cream is a soothing way to spend this summer.

This guilty-free vegan ice cream is almost only with bananas and berries, so it's a great way to get nutrients even when you're feeling hot and have no appetite, and it's extremely easy to make. I highly recommend it.

You can also use other frozen fruits such as mangos, pineapples.

I add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, but if your bananas are sweet enough, you can omit it.

I recommend you to freeze for about an hour before eating. When it becomes too hard to scoop after putting for a long time in a freezer, it's already easier to scoop after about 5 minutes, so don't irritate and wait a bit.

For the crepes, vegan and gluten-free version, I decided to make the pancake mix first so that I can make it again and again as soon as I want to make it.

You can of course make them on the spot.

For making about 100g of V&GF pancake mix, add 40 g rice flour, 30 g oats flour, 30 g potato starch, 1 tsp of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

This time, I made crepes, but you can also make pancakes by reducing the amount of soy milk to 70cc.


Vegan berry nice cream


* 120g bananas sliced and frozen

* 200g frozen berries

* 100cc soy milk

* 1 tbsp maple syrup

* a pinch of salt


1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

2. Pour in a container and freeze until set.

Vegan & GF Crêpes

Ingredients (for 8 Crêpes (20cm))

* 100g “V&GF pancake mix”


* 200cc soy milk

* 2 tsp lemon juice

* 2 tbsp maple syrup

* 1 tbsp vegetable oil

* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

“V&GF pancake mix”

* 120g white rice flour

* 90g oat flour

* 90g potato starch

* 1 tbsp BP

* 1/4 tsp salt


1. Mix all the wet ingredients of crepe in a bowl.

2. Add “V&GF pancake mix” and mix well.

3. Heat well a non stick flying pan and add a little oil.

4. Pour about 50cc of the batter and cook the both side until golden brown. It will take only for 1,2 minutes.

5. Cook all the rest of the batter.
