However, if you actually make it, you will find that it is very easy.

This time, I made chili beans and tortilla.

I made burrito with several vegetables and mayonnaise.

Chili beans and mayonnaise go very well together, I recommend it!

Most commercially available tortilla contains many additives.

Nothing is as safe as making it yourself.

I put whole grain flour in it, but it's ok to make it with only all purpose flour.

At that time, reduce hot water a little bit while adjusting.

Once you can make this, you can expand the variety of your cooking, and it will become more fun.

In addition to rolling chili beans, I also roll salad, curry, ratatouille, and jam too.

強力粉(中力粉でも) 150g

全粒粉 150g

塩 小1

熱い湯 160cc

オリーブオイル 大3


1. 粉と塩をボールに入れて混ぜ、熱い湯とオイルを加えて混ぜ、まとまるまでこねる。

2. 濡れ布巾をかけ、30分寝かせる。

3. 生地を8等分し、丸める。

4. 打ち粉をし、綿棒で直径20cm程度に伸ばす。

5. 熱したフライパンに入れ、中火で両面約1分ずつ程度、軽く焼き色がつくまで焼く。(焼き過ぎはパリパリになるので注意)



ニンニク(みじん切り) 1片

タマネギ(1cm角切り) 小1個

オリーブオイル 大1

オレガノ 小1

クミン 小1

カイエンペッパー(チリペッパー) 小1/4

塩 小1.5 (ヒマラヤソルトなどミネラルのある塩)

レッドキドニービンズ(水気を切る) 240g(1缶分)

トマト缶 1缶


1. 鍋にオイルを熱し、ニンニクとタマネギをしんなりするまで炒める。

2. スパイス、塩、豆、トマト缶を加えて混ぜ、中弱火で15-20分、水気がなくなるまで煮る。


1. トルティーヤ生地にレタス、パプリカ、アボカド、パセリ、チリビーンズ、マヨネーズをのせ、巻く。


Burrito (4-6 people)



* 150g all-purpose flour

* 150g whole grain flour

* 1 tsp salt

* 160cc hot water

* 2 tbsp olive oil


1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in hot water and oil. Mix and knead until it becomes a smooth dough. Put the wet towel above the bowl and rest for 30 minutes.

2. Divide dough into 8 portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 20 cm circle.

3. Heat a pan and cook tortillas over medium heat until lightly browned, about 1 minute on each side. (Don't cook too long, it will become clunchy and you can't rap with it)

Chili beans

* 1 small onion, chopped

* 1 tbsp olive oil

* 1 clove garlic, chopped

* 240g red kidney beans (or black beans or pinto beans), drained

* 1 tsp dried oregano

* 1 tsp cumin powder

* 1/4 tsp chili pepper (Cayenne pepper)

* 1 can crushed tomatoes

* 1.5 tsp himalayan salt

1. Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the onion and garlic. Cook until they are soften stirring occasionally.

2. Add the chili pepper, cumin, oregano, salt, beans, and tomato can. Stir until well combined.

3. Simmer the chili for 15-20 minutes with low-medium heat stirring occasionally.


1. Lie a tortilla down flat on a plate. Add some lettuce, paprika, avocado, parsley, chili beans, and mayonnaise. Wrap it.
