ヴィーガン チョコレート ババロア

"材料" (4個分)

ココアパウダー 大4


寒天 1g

塩 ひとつまみ

ココナツミルク 150cc(冷蔵庫で冷やし、飾り用にクリームをとっておく)

豆乳 150cc

メープルシロップ 大2

バニラエキストラクト 小1


  1. 粉類を鍋に混ぜ、合わせた液体を加えてよく混ぜる。

  2. 常にかき混ぜながら中火にかけ(焦げ付きやすい)、沸いてきたら弱火にして1分煮る。

  3. 器に流し入れ、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。

  4. お好みでメープルシロップをかけてもよい。


Vegan chocolate bavarois

"Ingredients" (for 4)

* 4 tbsp cocoa powder

* 1.5 tsp cornstarch

* 1g agar

* a pinch of salt

* 150cc coconut milk (chilled in a refrigerator and keep some solid cream for decoration)

* 150cc soy milk

* 2 tbsp maple syrup

* 1 tsp vanilla extract


1. Put dry ingredients in a pan and mix well with a whisk.

2. Add wet ingredients and whisk well.

3. Cook on medium heat, and stir continuously as it tends to burn. Pay attention to edges of the pan

4. When it comes to boil, turn it to low heat and simmer for 1 minute. (Continue to stir constantly))

5. Pour into a container and chill in a refrigerator to solidify.

6. Optional: Add maple syrup upon serving
