Sometimes do you want to eat a very sweet and rich chocolate chip cookies? Such as when you see a chocolate chips scone at Starbucks?

But almost all cookies sold contain butter and eggs, which means high calories.

The solution? You can make them without eggs and butter, and also make them into smaller, healthier sizes.

And if you are not satisfied with eating only one, you can eat two! This is the best solution to limit eating of high calorie cookies.

This time, I added chocolate chips, walnuts, and hemp seeds. You can also use almonds or hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds or chia seeds as you like. There are so many variations. If you add nuts and seeds and reduce chocolate they become much more nutritious cookies.

I used white sesame oil, but you can also use melted coconut oil or vegetable oil.

I used beet sugar (which has a moderate sweetness and mildness), but it could be substituted with cane sugar, coconut sugar, or brown sugar. White sugar is not recommended. (I haven’t tried it with maple syrup, but as it is a liquid the texture might be different.) They are slightly soft.

If you want to make them crunchy, bake them a little longer.

全粒粉 100g

砂糖(甜菜糖) 50g

塩 少々

ベーキングパウダー 小1/2

豆乳 30cc(大2)


バニラエキストラクト 小1/2

チョコレート 50g

クルミ 30g

ヘンプシード 大1/2


  1. オーブンを180度に予熱する。

  2. チョコレートとクルミは細かくする。

  3. 全ての材料をボールでまとまるまで混ぜる。こねないこと。

  4. 9等分にし、丸めてつぶし、クッキングシートの上に置く。

  5. 180℃に余熱したオーブンで13-15分、色づくまで焼く。

  6. 粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で冷やす。


Vegan chocolate chip cookies


* 100g whole wheat flour

* 50g sugar (I use beet sugar)

* a pinch of salt

* 1/2 tsp baking powder

* 30cc soy milk

* 3 tbsp oil (I use white sesame oil)

* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

* 50g chocolate

* 30g walnuts

* 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds


1. Preheat oven to 180C.

2. Chop the chocolate and the walnuts.

3. Put all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Don’t knead.

4. Divide into 9 parts, mold into flat round discs, and place on a baking sheet.

5. Bake for 13-15 minutes until they become golden color.

6. Let cool in a fridge.
