#69 / “Vegan lemon jelly with mintha & kiwi jam / ヴィーガン レモン葛ゼリー ミントキウイジャム添え”














* 葛個 25g

* 水 450cc

* きび砂糖 大2

* レモン汁 大1.5

* 塩 少々


* キウイ 2個(1cm角)

* きび砂糖 大2

* ミント 少々


1. (レモンゼリー)鍋に材料を上から順に入れながらダマのないようよく混ぜる。

2. 混ぜながら火にかけ、沸いたら弱火で約3分煮る。

3. 器に入れ、冷蔵庫で3,4時間冷やす。

4. (キウイジャム)材料を鍋に入れ、とろりとするまで約5分煮る。

5. 冷蔵庫で冷やす。

6. レモンゼリーにジャムを添える。


If you are overwhelmed or tired in your mind and body, why don't you eat the mild kudzu (arrowroot) jelly?

I don't recommend you a strong sweetness even if you are tired. It will make your feelings ups and downs more intensely.

This jelly is very modest in sweetness, so I add kiwi jam, sweet and a little bit sour, lots of vitamin C.

You can add a little more arrowroot powder for more harden the jelly if you prefer.

Everything will surely change and come to an end.

So don't get too caught up in your feelings just now.


"Ingredients" (for 6 people)

(Lemon jelly)

* 25g arrowroot powder

* 450cc water

* 2 tbsp cane sugar

* 1.5 tbsp lemon juice

* A pinch of salt

(Kiwi jam)

* 2 kiwi (Cut into 1 cm squares)

* 2 tbsp cane sugar

* some mintha leaves



1. (Lemon jelly) Put arrowroot powder into a medium pot and pour water.

2. Add sugar, lemon juice and salt, mix well.

3. Heat the pot, mixing constantly. When it boils, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 minutes until thicken.

4. Pour into glasses you prefer and refrigerate for about 3,4 hours.

5. (Kiwi jam) Put all ingredients into a small pot and cook until thicken for about 5 minutes.

6. Put the kiwi jam on the lemon jelly.
