YouTube Recipe “Vegan oatmeal scone”(gluten-free is possible) / “ヴィーガン オートミールスコーン”(グルテンフリーも可)















ヴィーガン オートミールスコーン(6個)



豆乳 60cc (大4)

植物油 (白胡麻油)45cc (大3)

メープルシロップ 15cc (大1)

オートミール 100cc (40g)

塩 ひとつまみ

アーモンド 20g


全粒粉 または 米粉 110g

ベーキングパウダー 小1

レーズン 30g

豆乳 適量


  1. オーブンを200度に予熱する。

  2. WETの材料をブレンダーにかける。

  3. ボールにDRYの材料を混ぜる。

  4. WETの材料を加えて混ぜ、厚さ1.5cm程度に伸ばし、6等分する。

  5. 豆乳を表面に塗る。

  6. 200度のオーブンで15分焼く。

  7. お好みでジャムを添える。


The scones that have layers are beautiful, but if you just want to make them quickly and eat right away, this is a nice recipe to use.

This time, we use whole almonds, so we use food processor for the WET ingredients.

If you have a large food processor, you can conveniently make everything in just one bowl. It will save you from making more dirty dishes! Put the WET ingredients in a food processor, process, remove the blades, add the DRY ingredients and mix. Don't worry, it's okay to mix it roughly.

If you have an almond powder already available, add it to the dry ingredients.

If you do, be sure to remove the almonds from the wet ingredients, as you will not need to powder it.

Gluten-Free Version:

If you would like to make it gluten-free, simply replace the whole grain flour to rice flour.

In this video we use a whole grain flour.


Vegan oatmeal scone (6 pieces)



* 60cc (4 tbsp) soy milk

* 45cc (2 tbsp) vegetable oil (I use white sesame oil)

* 15cc (1 tbsp) maple syrup

* a pinch of salt

* 20g almonds

* 100cc (40g) oatmeal


* 110g whole wheat flour or rice flour

* 1 tsp baking powder

* 30g dry raisins

* some soy milk (for brushing)

*(optional) jam of your preference


1. Preheat oven to 200C.

2. Blend all the WET ingredients in a food processor. Process until creamy.

3. In a large bowl whisk together the DRY ingredients.

4. Add WET mixture into the bowl and mix until all holds together.

5. Press into a thickness of about 1.5cm, and divide into 6 equal parts.

6. Brush each one with soy milk.

7. Bake for 15 minutes, until the tops are nicely browned and let them cool down.

8. Add any jam if you want.
