* 強力粉 75g

* 塩 ひとつまみ

* 水 大2.5

* 白ごま油 大1/2

* グラニュー糖 適量

* 溶かしたチョコレート 適量


1. ボールに強力粉、塩、水、白ごま油を加えてまとめる。

2. 綿棒で7cm*25cmの板状に伸ばす。

3. 長い辺を5mm幅ごとにカットする。(動画参照)

4. 一本ずつ転がして、15cm長さ程度に伸ばす。

5. お好みでグラニュー糖をまぶしてもよい。

6. クッキングシートをしいた天板にのせ、170度で15分焼く。

7. 溶かしたチョコレートをかけ、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。


This stick dough is made with bread flour for ease of preparation, but if you make it with cake flour, it will be lighter and crispier texture. However, it is soft and sticky and cannot be rolled out with rolling pin. After cutting the dough into thin strips, pull it out and stretch it into 15cm long.

Making it with whole wheat flour is easier to make, and you can really taste the flour.

In the video, I show two kinds of sticks, one chocolate-dipped and the other with granulated sugar, but they are also delicious with salt.

You can also add herbs to the mixture.

It's up to you.


Ingredients (40-50sticks)

* 75g cake flour

* a pinch of salt

* 2.5 tbsp water

* 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

* some granulated sugar

* some melted chocolate


1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, water, and vegetable oil.

2. With a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a size of 7cm*25cm.

3. Cut the long side into 5mm pieces. (See video)

4. Roll out one by one to about 15cm long.

5. Sprinkle with granulated sugar if desired.

6. Place on an oven tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.

7. Coat with melted chocolate over the top and refrigerate until set.
