* 茹でたひよこ豆 120g

* ココナッツミルク 100cc

* 無香ココナッツオイル 60cc

* メープルシロップ 大2

* シナモンパウダー 小1/4

* バニラエキストラクト 小1/2

* 塩 小1/8


* シナモンパウダー 適量

* 削ったチョコレート 適量


1. ひよこ豆の皮をとりのぞく。

2. 材料をブレンダーにかけてなめらかにする。

3. 冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。

4. シナモンパウダーと削ったチョコレートをふる。


Chickpeas? It is a very creamy and delicious vegan mousse.

It's a very thick, creamy and delicious mousse that you should be fooled into thinking it's fresh cream, but it's actually chickpeas!

It's really easy to make, and it's a very satisfying mousse all by itself, and all you have to do is blend and let it set.

The only thing that makes it a little tricky is that you need to peel the chickpeas.

You don't "have to" peel them, but they are definitely creamier on the tongue if you do, so it's a bit of a hassle, but please peel them and try to make it.

If you cook your own chickpeas, boil them so tender that you can crush them with your fingers.


Ingredients(for 4-5 glasses)

* 120g cooked chickpea

* 100cc coconut milk

* 60cc coconut oil

* 2 tbsp maple syrup

* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

* 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

* 1/8 tsp salt

For decoration

* some cinnamon powder

* some chocolate grated


1. Remove the skin from the chickpeas.

2. Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.

3. Pour into glasses and refrigerate until firm.

4. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and grated chocolate.
